Smart Meter Portal
Customers now have access to their water and electic meter readings (daily and in 15 minute increments) in order to assist them to understand their consumption. Customers can register for access at: https://newc-de-web.amppartners.org/
Residential Energy Advisor Tool
MSC, along with the Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation, have partnered with Apogee to provide residential customers with digital energy advisor in order to help customers reduce their electric consumption.
